are a superb range of self assembly kits.
Each product has been carefully designed
in-house to comprise traditional joinery techniques, whilst being
manufactured using state of the art machinery, ensuring you
achieve professional result every time. Suitable for installation by tradesperson and
DIY-er alike, the advantage of these porch kits is the speed and
ease of assembly. No need to spend time designing; no need to
make precise joinery cuts and pre-drills to each component, or
spend time crafting joints to ensure a professional job.
Simply measure your door area and select your
preferred porch and accessory solution. Be sure to apply a
preservative to weather protect the timber and install
using the straightforward guide. After that, your porch
can be tiled and painted to the finish of your choice. Porch
Canopies
Apex Canopies 1200mm and 1600mm
The Apex canopies are available in two different
sizes in order to suit your particular doorway. The gallows
brackets on both canopies can be adjusted to take into account
unique brickwork, lighting or window features. The smaller
canopy can be fitted to a maximum width of 1200mm and the larger to
a maximum of 1600mm.
An elegant finial
is available separately to enhance the traditional look of the
apex canopy.
Flat Roof Canopy
Richard Burbidge Flat roof canopy is a practical
and versatile porch solution. With fully adjustable Gallows
Brackets, this canopy can be fitted to a maximum width of 1600mm,
down to a minimum of 1200mm to take into account door or window
frame dimensions. Manufactured from Pine, the all canopies
should be pre-treated with a suitable exterior grade preservative,
preferrably prior to installation. They can then be stained or
painted and finally tiled to your required finish.

Dwarf Wall Accessories
The Dwarf Wall Accessory kits
give you the option to coordinate your porch with the brickwork of
your house. Available in turned or stop chamfered designs,
these kits can be used with any of the three Porch
Canopies - Flat Roof, 1200mm Apex and 1600mm Apex.
Simple to install, each kit is manufactured to
a high standard using mortice and tenon joints to ensure a
professional end result. All fixings are included apart from
wall fixings, which should be selected according to the type of
wall you are fixing to.
Manufactured from Pine, the Dwarf
Wall accessory kits should be pre-treated with a suitable
exterior grade preservative, preferrably prior to
installation. They can then be stained or painted to a finish
of your choice.
Full Length Accessories
To complement your Porch Canopy, Richard
Burbidge has designed two full length accessory kits. These
kits can be used with any of the three Porch
Canopies - Flat Roof, 1200mm Apex ad 1600mm Apex.
Choose from either a traditional turned
version for a more modern look with the stop chamfered
kit.
Manufactured to a high standard using mortice

the only cuts necessary are to achieve the correct post height for
your canopy. All fixings are included apart from wall
fixings, which should be selected according to the type of wall you
are fixing to.
